These terms govern your use of Somnara, an iOS app published by Digital Prodigy LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

What Somnara is

Somnara is a private dream journal. You record your dreams, an AI model offers a possible reading of each one, and the app tracks the symbols that recur across your entries over time.

Somnara is for reflection, not advice

Dream interpretation is not a science. The readings Somnara produces are generated by an AI language model and are offered as material for personal reflection and curiosity. They are not factual claims about you, your mind or your life.

Somnara is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, legal or financial advice. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never use an interpretation as a basis for a health decision or a significant life decision. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak with a doctor or a licensed mental health professional.

Your content

The dreams you record are yours. They are stored on your device and we neither claim nor acquire any rights over them. We have no access to your journal and cannot recover it for you. Deleting a dream, erasing your data or deleting the app is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy, use the export feature before deleting anything.

Subscription

Somnara is free to use for recording dreams. Somnara Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription that unlocks unlimited interpretations and full access to your recurring patterns.

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies, not ours, and requests must be made to Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not use Somnara to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the app, or to generate content that is illegal or harmful. We may limit or stop providing the service to anyone who does.

Availability

Interpretation requires an internet connection and depends on a third-party AI service. We cannot guarantee that the app or that service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time.

Limitation of liability

Somnara is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Prodigy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for any decision you make based on an interpretation it produces. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country.
